U.S. Legal Forms, Inc. Appoints Key Executives & Relocates Company Headquarters
JACKSON, MS – U.S. Legal Forms, Inc. (USLF), the nation’s leading publisher of state specific legal forms over the Internet, today named three executives to its management team. J. Kirby Lane will serve as Chief Financial Officer, James T. Greenier becomes Director of Attorney Services, and Chuck Odom will head Consigner Relations. The strategic move is designed to improve services and open up new avenues of product offerings.

All three executive appointments are in line with an expansion plan for the Company. To accommodate its growing staff, U.S. Legal Forms completed relocation this month to a new 27,000 square foot headquarters in Flowood. When it began in 1998, U.S. Legal Forms only had two employees and rented space from Adams & Edens law firm. The Company now has more than 25 employees.
Kirby Lane is a CPA and a proven business manager with more than 20 years experience serving as CFO for both public and private companies. Lane will work with the marketing and sales department to develop analytical tools and processes to increase Company profitability.

Lane becomes the first CFO for U.S. Legal Forms. Previously, Lane was CFO for Employees Express, Inc. and Pallet Reefer International, LLC based in Houma, LA, a truckload motor carrier and a start-up manufacturer. He has also served as CFO for Delta Pride Catfish, Inc. in Indianola, a food processor; and was Executive Vice President and CFO for KLLM Transport Services, Inc., a transportation company based in Jackson.
As Consigner Relations Director, Chuck Odom will develop relationships with outside vendors to expand USLF product offerings.
“There is a competitive market for legal products and USLF is working to become a major supplier. By offering more than just legal forms, we will evolve into a comprehensive legal products provider,” said Odom.
Odom has more than 30 years sales experience working for technology and healthcare companies including ePartners, Inc. based in Austin, TX with offices in Madison, Exact Technologies in Jackson, and Gulf South Medical Supply and Cardinal Health, Inc., an international distributor of pharmaceuticals, both with offices in Madison.
