Frank D. Edens

Attorney Frank D. Edens is President and CEO of USLegal, Inc. and has been a driving force behind the growth of USLegalForms.com.  Edens recognized early on that the Internet would fundamentally change the way people get legal information and how lawyers offer their services. Frank received his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University (B.S., 1979) and graduated from the University of Mississippi Law School in 1984 (J.D. Cum Laude, graduated 2nd/79). Frank joined Lem Adams to form Adams & Edens, P.A., in 1985. In 1995, Edens and Adams owned their first Internet company, LawNetCom, Inc. (LNC). It was success with LNC that paved the way for Edens and Adams to found USLegal Forms, Inc. in 1998 and subsequently USLegal, Inc. in 2005.

Edens was raised in Okolona, Mississippi and is a graduate of The Webb School, Bell Buckle, Tennessee (Cum Laude 1975) where he was member of Perfect Council.

Edens became CEO of USLegal Forms, Inc. in 1998, the top ranked legal forms internet publishing company, and has steered the growth of USLegalForms.com for almost 20 years.

J. Kirby Lane

Kirby Lane is Chief Financial Officer of USLegal, Inc. and its subsidiaries.

Lane is a CPA and business manager with more than 20 years experience serving as CFO for both public and private companies. Previously, Lane was CFO for Employees Express, Inc. and Pallet Reefer International, LLC based in Houma, LA. He has also served as CFO for Delta Pride Catfish, Inc. in Indianola and was Executive Vice President and CFO for KLLM Transport Services, Inc. based in Jackson, MS.

Jayne Welch

Jayne Welch is Director of Production and a staff attorney at USLegal, Inc. Previously she was an assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Waterbury Connecticut, after having been in private practice for nearly a decade handling all aspects of litigation and legal transactions.  She also has extensive background as a Realtor and knowledge of marketing and fundraising in the private sector having worked for many large and small organizations.  Welch graduated cum laude from Duquesne University with a BSBA and a Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School. She is admitted to practice in both Connecticut and Mississippi.

Carrie Criado

Carrie Criado is Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and a staff attorney at USLegal, Inc. Previously, she was an Assistant Dean and Executive Director of Communications and Marketing at the University of Houston Law Center. Criado has also served as Communications Director for Al Gore’s The Climate Project and as Director of Public Relations for USLegal, Inc. Criado has worked for KVII-TV, KEYT-TV, KUHT-TV, and The First Amendment Center at Vanderbilt. Criado has taught communications law and journalism courses at Southern Methodist University and Middle Tennessee State. She was a law clerk for the Federal Communications Commission. Criado received a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and earned her J.D. at the University of Houston Law Center. Criado is licensed to practice law in Texas and Tennessee.

Ed Tyler

Edward Tyler is Director of Partnership Alliances at USLegal, Inc. He is a seasoned senior management executive with a media industry career that spans 38 years. He has been part of the executive teams that developed and launched 13 new media brands including Car Audio, Law Technology, MetalWorking Digest and GSN Magazine for the homeland security industry to name a few. Tyler honed his career in top media companies including, Hearst, New York Law, Curtco, Cygnus and for the last 13 years, ran World Business Media, LLC a media company he founded and has since sold. His skill set includes, team building experience in content development, sales, audience development, production, marketing, web development, operations management, business development as well as total brand development.

Vladmir Eliseev

Vladimir Eliseev is a Technology Scientist at USLegal, Inc. He is a highly skilled applied mathematician, software developer and project manager with more than 40 years of experience in diverse programming environments. He has worked for the Federal Center of Forensic Science in Russia and also a private American company as a forensic science developer. Among his achievements is designing and implementing the FingerPro Fingerprint Transmission System that includes server/client/remote stations, web application and a number of auxiliary programs. Certain system modules were certified by the FBI, NIST, and Mississippi Department of Public Safety. In 2009, Eliseev served four times as a panelist for National Science Foundation.

In 2010, Vladimir Eliseev joined US Legal, Inc.  He created the Ablepro software as a Virtual Legal Center that includes the automatic questionnaires and legal documents generator among other modules. Vladimir also developed the Virtual Business Office for auctions software. Eliseev was born and raised in Yerevan, Armenia. He is a graduate of the Yerevan Physical-Mathematical School (Yerevan, Armenia, 1969).  He graduated Mathematical Department of Moscow State University in 1974 and acquired his Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering from Radio-engineering Research Institute in Moscow, Russia in 1986. Vladimir is a multilingual specialist fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian. In 2011, Eliseev acquired American citizenship.
